Hi, I'm Ryan Newell, founder and CTO of Channel Islands Technology Integrators' Group (CITIG).


Ryan Newell graduated from Westmont College with a Degree in Computer Science in 2004 and took a position at CompuVision as a Network Engineer providing IT Consulting services to a broad range of clients with a broad range of technologies.  Within his first year he was promoted to Senior Systems Engineer and by years end was the top biller corporate wide by a margin of over 25%.  Ryan Newell quickly identified major shortcomings within the technology Value Added Reseller (VAR) industry and set out to make a change.  In 2005, Ryan Newell left CompuVision, started Channel Islands Technology Integrators' Group, Inc. (CITIG) and took an outside consulting position at CIO Solutions.  CITIG continued to grow and in 2008, Ryan Newell left CIO Solutions to focus exclusively on the growth of CITIG.  Now, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of CITIG, he spends his days looking for new ways to utilize technology to serve CITIG's ever growing client base.
